Glad to get an mot appointment as I didn't realise my car didn't come with a 12 months mot. The staff were helpful and friendly. Nice cars for sale there too.As it is close to the Town it was very easy to pass the time. The garage is very busy which is understandable. I would recommend the garage to anyone.

As far as I know it was ok. Guy was a bit miserable who served me but maybe he was having a bad day lol. Easy online booking system and good communication when ready.
Great quick service
I discovered this service only when I urgently needed it. A notification popped up saying my MOT had expired. Since I usually book my service and MOT together, I had already secured a booking for the following week with Volvo. Using the app, I found Norris Garage had space for the afternoon. I booked in and within two hours my car was back. The service was fantastic. I received a call confirming my car was ready for collection and there were no problems when I dropped it off either. A+++++
